Book Your Online Private Yoga Session

Want individualized attention? I am currently accepting new clients for online one-on-one yoga sessions. 

Private yoga offers you the ability to focus on specific goals or personal interests, whether physical (flexibility, weight loss, strength), or on a deeper level (emotional wellbeing, stress-relief, peace of mind).

The sessions are created solely for you and your specific needs and goals.

I specialize in working with beginners, people with limited mobility and/or injuries, and older adults (I'm an ACE Senior Fitness Specialist). 

Each session is $60. If you should need to cancel, please do so by giving me at least 24-hour notice. This will allow me to fill in the spot from the waiting list. 

We use Zoom to conduct our sessions. I will send you more information once you book your spot.
